While OMWBE is not authorized to make loans or grants to our small businesses, we do administer the Linked Deposit Program along with Washington State’s Office of the Treasurer and Department of Community, Trade, & Economic Development.  Businesses certified in OMWBE’s State Certification Program are eligible to enroll qualified loans in the Linked Deposit Program.
