Request for Proposals - Town Attorney

The Town of Concrete is seeking a qualified firm or licensed individual to provide professional legal services and advice for the town. Such services include attendance at Town Council (twice a month) and/or other town commission meetings, legal services, and advice (oral or written) to the Mayor and other elected and appointed officers of the Town of Concrete, and other duties relating to professional legal services for the Town with focus on municipal government. The experience of the firm or licensed individual with similar clients will be a major determinant in the selection of the firm. The professional credentials of the firm or licensed individual will also be a determinant in the selection process, along with a demonstrated understanding of the Town’s needs. Proposals including estimated costs for services shall be submitted no later than 4:30 pm on May 17, 2024.
