TERMINAL 46 DOCK REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

#: MC-0319059

Pacific Pile & Marine is requesting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers including DBE firms for the following;

Trucking & Disposal, Surveying, Painting & Coatings, Rebar, and other work scopes.

The Work includes Rehabilitation of the Terminal 46 concrete wharf that includes existing concrete pile caps and existing concrete deck panels. The rehabilitation includes but not limited to the following:

Providing under dock access via scaffolding, floats, or other approved means.

Patching existing concrete spalls.

Epoxy injecting existing concrete cracks.

Removing significant portions of concrete, checking and making repairs to corroded reinforcement and recasting concrete.

Applying a corrosion inhibiting concrete sealant to the existing structure and deck panels.

Adding an HDPE drip edge to existing deck drains.

This job bids 12/19 at 2:00 pm. We request all quotes be provided by 12/18 close of business. This project has a 3% DBE goal. Pacific Pile & Marine intends to negotiate in good faith with all certified DBE firms to encourage participation, including tailoring packages to better fit these firms’ capabilities.
