Project Description: This project is a tenant improvement to convert existing maintenance facility into hygiene facility. Work is to include sawcutting slab for new plumbing routes, new ramp to entry for ADA access, exterior canopy and decontamination stations, locker and shower facilities, gear drying room, and expanded break room. Space to be conditioned to current energy code, and will include heating and cooling, exhaust, and dehumidification.

(Additive) Alternate Bid No. 1: Provide decon station at east side of Building C which includes; new door, relocate (e) electrical at interior, relocate (e) vent at exterior, new steel canopy, and associated footings, new concrete slab, new catch basin to tie into existing waste, new tempered water line, hose bib and valve, and refurbish (e) lawn where damaged from construction.

(Additive) Alternate Bid No. 2: Replace ceiling tiles and light fixtures in existing Break Room 004. Demo existing light fixtures and replace with new 2X4 LED fixtures (R2).
