This competitive Solicitation is issued to assist the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration, Housing and Community Services Division of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) in seeking qualified Contractors to secure independent housing for ALTSA clients living with disabilities. Community-based housing is increasingly in demand for individuals exiting facilities and institutions. Expanding the State’s capacity to serve this population will enhance our housing options, and increase individual choice, with the ultimate goal of strengthening our communities, reducing the reliance on institutions and ensuring individuals are supported in their homes
