Project Description: The improvements will include reconstruction of SR 169 (Maple Valley Black Diamond Highway) from approximately 750 ft north of SE 253rd Place to approximately 600 ft South of SE 260th St. The Project includes clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, stormwater conveyance, stormwater treatment, stormwater detention facilities, water main construction, joint utility trench work, paving with HMA and/or concrete, planning, irrigation systems, erosion control, curb/gutter, sidewalk, retaining walls, traffic control, pavement marking, illumination system, and landscaping during construction.

Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): clearing & grubbing, erosion control, traffic control, HMA paving, planning, concrete flatwork, concrete paving, striping, material hauling, permanent signage, temporary barrier, traffic barriers, bridge railing, electrical, joint utility trenching, survey, retaining wall construction, fencing, rebar supply & installation, landscaping, stormwater treatment and storage, . As well as the supply of ready-mix concrete, pipe/utilities/precast structures, aggregate, controlled density fill, prestressed concrete girders, rebar supply, and disposal.

JCC encourages bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s), for any item of work, or portion of an item, or combination thereof related to this project.
