Provide a downstream Fish Passage Facility at the Howard A. Hanson Dam on the Green River in King County, Washington. Primary project features include: An Intake with bulkheads that will act as a cofferdam during construction; A multiport collector; a steep slope bybass; a control tower; a deceleration tunnel; and an outlet structure.
