COLUMN, POLE AND STRUCTURAL REPAIRS

SPECIFICATION NO. PT-74-17

PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. Bids are being solicited from bidders to provide Column, Pole and Structural Repairs. The project estimate is approximately $41,015.62, including bid alternate.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on October 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Tacoma Mall Transit Center, Tacoma, Washington 98499. It is located across the street on the South side of the Tacoma Mall on South 48th Street mid-way between S. Oakes Street and Tacoma Mall Boulevard. Note: There is no parking in the Transit Center. You will need to park across the street in the Tacoma Mall Parking lot. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Attendees are required to wear an ANSI II rated high visibility vest or shirt. The Pre-Bid Meeting will provide the opportunity to review the requirements and intent of the bid documents and see the work site.

Prospective bidders are required to abide by Pierce Transit's general instructions to bidders. Sealed bids will be accepted by Purchasing at Pierce Transit Headquarters until November 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
