This project bids at 2:00 P.M. on October 25, 2017; Rotschy is requesting that subcontractor bids and supplier quotations be submitted as early as practicable on or before this date. This project involves the widening of Oregon Avenue, and includes the following work: addition of new traffic signals, upgrades to existing signals, new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveways, and ramps, illumination, stormwater facilities, retaining walls, striping, signing, fencing, asphalt paving, landscaping, surveying, and other work. The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost is $6,500,000.

Federal requirements stipulate a Condition of Award DBE goal of nine percent (9%) for this project.

Rotschy Inc. is seeking bids and quotations for scopes related to traffic signals and illumination, concrete flat work, retaining walls, striping, signing, fencing, asphalt paving, landscaping, surveying, and other work..
