Coe-Clemons Creek Culvert Purchase
RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed or Electronic Bids shall be received by the City of Duvall by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024 (as determined by the clock in the Clerk’s office). Bids may be hand delivered to City Hall, 15535 Main St NE, Duvall, Washington 98019, mailed to PO Box 1300, Duvall, Washington 98019 or emailed to bids@duvallwa.gov. Any Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Electronic bids cannot be larger than Fifty megabytes (50Mb) in size or they will be rejected by the system. Electronically submitted bids that do not arrive to the City email server will not be accepted after the bid acceptance time period.
DESCRIPTION: The equipment purchase solicitation is for the purchase of a precast 3-sided concrete culvert and precast footings/stem walls. The culvert structure shall be 72’ long by 21’ interior span. The culvert shall be ready for delivery by August 1, 2024. All general requirements, detailed specifications, and bidding information are outlined in the Invitation to Bid package.
OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The “Invitation to Bid – Coe-Clemons Creek Culvert Purchase” package, including the minimum equipment specifications, submittal requirements and bid forms, are posted to the “Bid Opportunities” tab of the Current Project webpage at https://www.duvallwa.gov/303/Current-Projects. Suppliers may also contact the Project Representative directly for the documents and questions.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All communications relating to the Project shall be directed to the following PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE prior to the opening of the Bids:
