NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

 

Sealed bids for the following Public Works Project will be received until 2:00 p.m. on April 9, 2024 at 600 Capitol Way North, MS: 43158, Olympia, Washington, 98501-1091, and will be publicly opened and read.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to construct the following: Demolition and removal of existing residence including portions of stem walls and retaining walls. Installation of new manufactured home, new retaining wall, and a stick build garage on slab and foundation. At the Department's Arlington Hatchery, located at 17619 316th St NE, Arlington, WA 98223, Washington, in Snohomish County.

 

Engineer’s Estimate: $580,000

 

A RECOMMENDED pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on March 26, 2024 at the Department’s Arlington Hatchery, located at 17619 316th St NE, Arlington, WA 98223, Washington, in Snohomish County. No questions will be answered on-site; questions should be directed to CAMP.Bids@dfw.wa.gov.
