Anton & Cedar Creek Culvert Replacement
Electronic bids for the Anton & Cedar Creek Culvert Replacement project will be received by KPFF Consulting Engineers at laceybidbox@kpff.com until 3:00 p.m. on the date listed below. The subject line shall clearly state “BID PROPOSAL for Anton & Cedar Creek Culvert Replacements.”
The project is located on Bear Creek Road in Clallam County, WA. The contract requires the contractor to replace two fish barrier culverts with Owner furnished aluminum box culverts and associated roadwork. Work also includes, but is not limited to: temporary stream diversion, clearing & grubbing, excavation, streambed construction, paving, and pavement markings.

Contract Award will take into consideration the lowest total proposed price to provide the services specified along with qualifications, experience of the contractor, and the Owner’s budget capacity.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site on March 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
The deadline for RFI’s is April 3, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
Proposals are due by April 10, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.
